A man went to jail this morning after Salinas police say he exposed himself at the downtown bus station, lost his temper and struggled with arresting officers.
About 9:45 a.m., police responded to the Monterey-Salinas Transit Center at 110 Salinas St., where someone had called to report a man exposing himself.
When the cops arrived, security officers and MST employees directed them to Daniel Johnson, 51. Authorities say he became angry and threatening to employees plus other folks at the bus station.
Johnson discarded officers’ commands and turned combative when they tried to arrest him, leading to a brief struggle, police said.
Officers took Johnson to county jail and booked him on charges of indecent exposure, resisting arrest and violation of parole.
